Rebooking & retention revenue calculator
How much is it worth when regular clients rebook on time, and what does it cost when some stop coming? Enter your own client count, price per visit and the weeks between visits. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
Your regular clients worked example: replace with your own numbers
Use your own figures: count the clients you see regularly and the weeks they actually go between visits. Revenue lost assumes each client who leaves would otherwise have kept visiting at today’s interval for a full year and is not replaced. This is revenue, before product, card fees and your other costs.
How it works
Visits per year = clients × 52 ÷ weeks between visits. Revenue per year = visits × price per visit. One client per year = price × 52 ÷ weeks between visits now. Revenue lost = clients × % who stop coming × one client per year.
Worked example (the values above): 80 clients every 8 weeks is 80 × 52 ÷ 8 = 520.0 visits a year, or $36,400.00 at $70.00. If they rebooked every 6 weeks it would be 80 × 52 ÷ 6 = 693.3 visits, $48,533.33 a year: $12,133.33 more, or $1,011.11 a month. One regular client is worth $70.00 × 52 ÷ 8 = $455.00 a year now, so losing 15% of them (12 clients) takes $5,460.00 out of the next year unless they are replaced.
